Jennifer Markman is an autoimmune health coach on a mission to help women struggling with chronic illness step out of their pain and into their fullest potential, so they can deepen their purpose and make a bigger impact in the world.

Having grappled with autoimmune for decades herself, Jennifer knew firsthand the frustrations of trying to get a diagnosis, let alone finding a health regimen that worked for her body.

So, after years of training and numerous certifications, Jennifer decided to launch her own health coaching practice. Her approach fuses functional medicine and ancient wisdom to craft custom health protocols for women who want to get back to feeling fully alive.
